We are seeking a proactive Territory Sales Representative to drive revenue and expand market share within a designated regional territory. In this field-based role, you will be the driving force behind new business acquisition, targeting commercial accounts and partnering with them to solve complex operational challenges. Your primary objective will be structuring and closing deals for major capital equipment and comprehensive facility upgrades.

Location
This is a field-centric, hybrid role requiring up to 90% local travel within your assigned region. You will spend the majority of your week on the road in your personal vehicle, conducting face-to-face site visits with clients across central Florida.

What You Will Do
  • Territory Management: Build and execute a strategic territory plan to maximize revenue, efficiently routing your daily travel to conduct on-site consultations with commercial buyers.

  • Business Development: Aggressively prospect for new B2B accounts through cold outreach, lead generation, and consistent pipeline management.

  • Account Growth: Serve as a consultative partner to existing clients, leveraging your technical knowledge to identify upgrade opportunities and system enhancements.

  • Solution Design: Assess client pain points and operational bottlenecks, developing tailored, creative proposals that address their specific logistics and facility needs.

  • Financial Structuring: Present detailed ROI and cost-benefit analyses, structure flexible financing options for large capital investments, and negotiate final pricing and service agreements.

  • Goal Attainment: Consistently meet or exceed targeted sales metrics, revenue quotas, and overarching regional growth objectives.


Who You Are
  • Two to 5 years of experience in industrial equipment sales or a similar industry.
  • A proven track record in growing sales volume, with B2B outside sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of industrial powered equipment and the material handling industry.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Superb customer service and interpersonal skills to network effectively and build relationships with a wide variety of people.
  • Strong familiarity with marketing strategies and consumer psychology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products and superior attention to detail.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 20 lbs and physical endurance to be on your feet for long hours or drive for extended periods.

Education & Qualifications
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor s degree is preferred.

Flexibility & Work-Life Integration
  • Work Structure: This is a hybrid role requiring a mix of desk work and significant regional field travel. Any hybrid work is granted based on performance and company policy.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, working within set business hours to support internal and external customers.
  • Environment: The role involves prolonged periods of sitting and driving in light to heavy traffic (roughly 80% of the day), as well as occasional exposure to outdoor warehouse environments, moving machinery, and moderate noise.
