The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Marketing Manager to serve as a key resource for the marketing team. This pivotal role is focused on providing pre-sales support, delivering product demonstrations, and acting as a subject matter expert during the sales cycle. You will be responsible for understanding customer technical requirements, architecting tailored solutions, and addressing complex technical questions to build trust and confidence in our products.

You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between sales and technical teams, driving the adoption of new security solutions, and contributing directly to revenue growth. What You Will Do

  • Provide expert technical support to the marketing team during the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their technical requirements and architecting tailored cybersecurity solutions.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide market feedback and inform future product development.
  • Create and deliver technical documentation, including solution designs, proposals, and case studies.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and conferences to showcase products and strengthen market presence.
  • Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Quickly recognized for her adaptability and broad skill set, Janice transitioned into a permanent role where she has taken on a dynamic range of responsibilities, contributing to many areas beyond traditional recruiting.

Before joining Naviga, Janice amassed over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and management. This extensive background enables her to bring a fresh and innovative perspective to talent acquisition, challenging conventional approaches and driving continuous improvement. Her willingness to step up — whether managing marketing projects, improving KPI reporting, or supporting visual branding with content creation — has made her a versatile and invaluable team member.

In her current role as Associate Director of TA, Janice focuses on strategic sourcing, comprehensive KPI reporting, and administration of Naviga’s Applicant Tracking System to optimize process efficiency and data integrity. She also supports the firm’s operations by troubleshooting and managing logistics, and often fills in as a graphic designer to support the firm’s visual communication needs.

Janice embodies Naviga’s culture by fostering open, honest communication and bringing a balanced mix of professionalism and approachability.
