About Our Client

Our client is a rapidly growing window and door company expanding through strategic acquisitions. The business stands apart from typical window and door companies. Following a recent acquisition in New Port Richey, FL. They are looking to add a Sales Manager to their team.

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead their New Port Richey sales team. This is a critical leadership role responsible for coaching and supporting a team of 6-7 Sales Representatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth company where 100% of the leads are provided to the sales team, with a coordinator dedicated to booking all appointments. The Sales Manager's focus will be on coaching, data analysis, and driving action, rather than business development or product technicality.

What You Will Do

  • Lead & Develop the Team by Managing, mentoring, and growing the sales team (currently 6-7 Reps) to a higher-performing scale of 10-15 representatives.
  • Conduct one-on-ones, ride-alongs, and coaching sessions to break down mental blocks and elevate individual performance.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new representatives who crush quota and fit our high-integrity culture.
  • Analyze conversion data and representative performance to develop scalable sales strategies.
  • Build clear systems to improve closing rates and shorten sales cycles.
  • Refine scripts, objection handling, and customer journey flows based on real-world insights.
  • Use dashboards and data to find patterns, trends, and opportunities.
  • Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) daily, weekly, and monthly and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Present actionable recommendations to the leadership team backed by performance insights.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Align sales goals with broader company objectives and growth targets.
