The Opportunity

They are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand sales activities across the United States and Canada. This is a high-impact role in a growing medical technology company where you will act as a trusted advisor to healthcare professionals and contribute directly to improving clinical workflows worldwide. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, driving the adoption of advanced software solutions for orthopedic practices and hospitals.

The Location

This is a Remote position for a candidate based in the United States. Because the role covers both the US and Canadian markets, it requires extensive and frequent travel to meet with stakeholders and attend industry events.

What You Will Do

  • Drive and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop tailored solutions and pricing proposals based on specific customer needs.
  • Conduct high-level product presentations and demonstrations both on-site and remotely.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities to expand the footprint in North America.
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and customer events.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, product, and management teams.

Who You Are

  • Experienced: You have several years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally within medical technology, endoprosthesis, or healthcare IT.
  • Strategic: You are a strategic thinker with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skilled Communicator: You possess excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a high level of professionalism.
  • Independent: You have the ability to work effectively and stay organized in a remote environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Language: Spanish language skills are considered a plus.
