Job Description

About Our Client

Our client is a premier, multi-billion-dollar technology distributor with over a century of operational stability. As a large-scale, employee-owned organization, they partner directly with global technology manufacturers to deliver hardware, software, and integrated solutions to partners nationwide. The culture is rooted in long-term ownership, collaboration, and a strong commitment to work-life balance.

The Opportunity

We are seeking three Integration Developers to focus on a migration to new systems. These are hands on positions to support both current and new systems. These roles are essential to ensuring technical infrastructure stability and scalability during a significant period of growth.

What You Will Do

  • Integration Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust integrations between existing .NET applications and SAP environments.
  • Modernization Support: Facilitate the transition from legacy internal systems to a modern ERP framework, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
  • API Management: Build and optimize high-performance APIs and data transformation services.
  • Technical Oversight: Act as a technical subject matter expert for integrations, providing quality control and architectural "checks and balances" for the integration pipeline.
  • System Stability: Ensure end-to-end stability during various phases of system deployment and post-deployment optimization.

Who You Are

  • Technical Expert: You have a strong background in .NET development, specifically with recent experience in C# (versions 7 or 8 preferred).
  • SAP Integration Savvy: You possess hands-on experience developing within or integrating with SAP environments (S/4HANA or ECC).
  • Platform Knowledge: You are familiar with SAP BTP and have a conceptual understanding of SAP APIs and clean core principles.
  • Backend Specialist: You thrive in backend-heavy roles and have proven experience with Entity Framework and API architecture.
  • Transformation Veteran: You have successfully supported large-scale system migrations and understand how to navigate the complexities of a greenfield implementation.
The Ideal Candidate is a senior-level engineer who demonstrates a "co-owner" mindset and takes pride in building sustainable, long-term technical solutions. You are someone who prefers being hands-on in the code and can identify potential failure points in a complex integration pipeline before they impact the business. You are a clear communicator who can translate technical migration concepts into stable, functional integrations.

Why Join the Team?

This organization offers a rare level of stability and a unique Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), allowing you to become a co-owner in a billion-dollar enterprise without any required employee contribution. In addition to a competitive base salary, the benefits package includes comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401k with company match, and 18 days of PTO. Other perks include tuition reimbursement and allowances for office supplies/equipment.
