The Opportunity

This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity to join a growing regional platform during a major expansion phase. The Regional Operations Director will oversee multiple operating entities across Florida, partnering closely with executive leadership to drive operational performance, profitability, and long-term growth.
This individual will play a critical role in integrating newly acquired entities into company systems, processes, and operational standards while supporting local leadership teams through periods of transition and growth. • Lead and support Branch/General Managers across multiple markets, ensuring operational consistency, accountability, high-quality customer experience, and alignment with company standards
  • Support integration of newly acquired businesses into company systems, operational processes, reporting structures, and performance standards while maintaining strong local market execution.
  • Develop and execute regional business plans designed to increase market share, improve operational scalability, and achieve or exceed annual revenue and profitability targets.
  • Serve as a hands-on operational leader capable of stepping into locations directly when business needs require additional leadership, support, or stabilization.
  • Coach, and develop branch leadership teams to improve performance, strengthen accountability, and build long-term management bench strength.
  • Conduct regular site visits, evaluate market competition and operational performance, and align local execution with broader corporate objectives.

Who You Are

  • An experienced leader with 7 10+ years of progressive multi-site operational leadership experience.
  • A professional with a demonstrated track record of driving operational excellence and financial performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • An expert in financial acumen with the ability to interpret P&Ls, budgets, and forecasts to drive business decisions.
  • A collaborator with strong executive presence capable of influencing diverse teams, including local leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • A technically proficient operator comfortable with CRM/ERP systems, Google Workspace, and advanced Excel for operational reporting.
  • A proactive problem-solver who is willing to be hands-on and "get their hands dirty" to solve operational challenges.
  • An individual with a Bachelor s degree and the ability to travel regularly across the Florida region.
The Ideal Candidate is a highly analytical and operationally hands-on leader who can balance strategic thinking with rigorous financial acumen. We are seeking someone who thrives in evolving environments and possesses the leadership maturity to coach established managers while holding them accountable to high-performance standards. This individual must be capable of analyzing complex business data while remaining willing to step directly into the trenches to support or stabilize a location during periods of growth and transition.

Why Join the Team?

Joining this organization offers the ability to help shape and scale a growing regional platform during a critical phase of its expansion. You will have a direct seat at the table with executive leadership, providing a blend of strategic influence and hands-on operational impact. She joined Naviga in September 2024, and leads national-level recruitment assignments for global organizations.

With deep expertise in sales leadership and management hiring across industries including SaaS/technology, legal, professional services, and material handling/logistics, Tabatha excels at identifying leaders who align with both functional and cultural imperatives.

Her career path includes leadership roles in customer service, retail, medical manufacturing, and sales. At Medtronic, she served as Head Recruitment Chair for an employee resource group, spearheading diversity and inclusion initiatives and gaining critical insight into the real-world pressures of hiring and retention. This experience refined her approach to aligning candidate capabilities and cultural fit, especially under tight timelines and complex stakeholder dynamics.

Tabatha’s executive search methodology emphasizes trusted partnership with hiring managers and recruiters. She invests time upfront to understand each role’s specific business priorities, team dynamics, and any past recruiting challenges. One standout placement involved a Finance Director role in an M&A context, which required coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups. For Tabatha, the most rewarding aspect of her role is creating win‑win outcomes: helping companies scale with top talent while supporting candidates through often stressful career transitions.
