Our client is looking for a recruiter.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from initial requisition to offer acceptance for diverse roles across the organization.
  • Identify and attract both passive and active candidates using advanced sourcing channels, social media, and professional networks.
  • Work directly with hiring managers to understand department needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure the organization is prepared for immediate and future growth needs.

  • You are naturally driven, with a keen eye for market trends and a commitment to securing talent quickly and effectively.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build immediate trust with candidates and leadership.
  • You are proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruiting software to maintain organized and accurate records.
  • You enjoy working independently but thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in corporate recruiting, should hold a Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or possess equivalent high-level experience).
