Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search is proud to partner with a leading global business law firm to find a collaborative, results-oriented Legal Executive Assistant to join their team.

The Opportunity

This is a 6-month contract (with temp-to-hire potential) for a Senior Specialist to join the Marketing & Business Development (MBD) team. You will play a pivotal role in managing webinar operations including critical CLE and CPE compliance and supporting the firm's broader marketing technology stack. This is a hybrid role available in several major US hubs, offering a competitive pay rate.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of webinar operations using Zoom and other platforms.
  • Manage complex CLE (Continuing Legal Education) and CPE requirements for digital events.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of MBD platforms and the marketing tech stack.
  • Analyze marketing data and leverage information sources to develop actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and BD teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with firm goals.
  • Utilize CRM systems (InterAction/Dynamics) and automation tools to maintain data integrity.
  • Write and edit high-quality professional communications and collateral.

Who You Are

  • You have at least 6 years of marketing or BD experience within a professional services environment (law firm experience is a major plus).
  • Educated: You hold a Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in Zoom, Microsoft Office (including SharePoint/Copilot), and CRM systems.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have a proven ability to manage strict, moving deadlines and handle complex CLE/CPE compliance without error.
  • Communicator: You possess strong writing skills and the ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders and attorneys.
