The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager. You will be a key player in the sales department, responsible for developing and growing relationships with both existing and prospective customers. This is an opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to drive sales, manage the full sales cycle, and contribute directly to the company's growth targets. You will work with a collaborative team to achieve the company's collective goals.

What You Will Do

  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
  • Identify, grow, and penetrate new sales opportunities and execute all levels of the sales process, including developing solutions and pricing strategies.
  • Conduct physical visits to customer locations to assess needs and provide solutions, with a demonstrated working knowledge of NFPA96 standards for fire protection of commercial cooking operations.
  • Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports for business operations.
  • Develop and manage quotes and contracts to meet customer needs and business plans.
  • Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in management meetings and contribute to sales improvement initiatives.
