Job Description

About Our Client

Our client is a global Digital Product Engineering and Technology Services company that is undergoing significant expansion in key markets. The company focuses on building complex digital solutions and experiences for its customers. Our client has demonstrated robust, reliable growth, crossing the $1 billion revenue mark, and is targeting ambitious long-term expansion. The work culture is highly collaborative and results-oriented, with an emphasis on agility and direct involvement from leadership.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Alliance Growth Partner to drive the growth of our client's offerings in AI/ML, Big Data, Cloud transformations, and services, primarily leveraging Azure cloud solutions in the US. This is a new headcount and a key role for our client's U.S. market expansion, focusing on building and developing alliance partnerships with cloud providers, primarily Azure, while supporting overall sales growth and account management initiatives. The role offers an entrepreneurial, startup-like atmosphere within a globally established company, and requires an individual who can work independently and collaborate effectively with Azure account teams to co-sell and convert deals.

What You Will Do

  • Act as a traditional sales hunter to identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities, executing aggressive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline within key industry segments including Manufacturing, BFSI, Automotive, and Retail with a focus on AI/ML, Big Data, and modernization services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new prospects, building high-level relationships with decision-makers to understand their business challenges and position Nagarro s value proposition.
  • Work closely with Azure account teams and Microsoft field sellers to co-sell, identify joint opportunities, and leverage partner programs and resources for deal conversion.
  • Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of Azure services and the broader cloud landscape to effectively differentiate Nagarro s offerings from the competition.
  • Lead the development of customized proposals, demos, and proof-of-concept solutions in coordination with internal technical and delivery teams.
  • Partner with existing key accounts to identify and capture opportunities for expansion and service growth.
  • Manage accurate sales forecasts, pipeline health, and comprehensive customer records within the CRM system.

Who You Are

  • 5 11 years of experience in IT services, consulting, or cloud technology organizations with a documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a "hunter" capacity.
  • Minimum of 5 years specifically focused on selling Azure services. You must have a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Azure account teams and Microsoft field sellers to close deals.
  • Strong expertise in the Azure ecosystem and the broader cloud landscape, including cloud migration, modernization, and managed services.
  • A solid understanding of IT service delivery models involving AI/ML, Big Data, and DevOps to effectively translate client needs into technical solutions.
  • A "go-getter" with an entrepreneurial spirit and a relentless hunter mentality focused on aggressive account acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level decision-makers and stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate is a highly motivated and experienced IT services sales professional with a minimum of 5 years in cloud alliances, partner management, or partner-sales channels, specifically with a deep understanding of the Azure ecosystem. They will possess a "hunter mentality" and an entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable navigating ambiguity as they contribute to shaping a growing alliance practice. This individual is expected to excel at co-selling with Microsoft field sellers, leveraging Azure programs, and building strong customer relationships across key industry verticals such as Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail, and Automotive. Experience with AI, big data, and emerging technologies is highly desirable, enabling them to speak the technical language and effectively support joint opportunity generation

Why Join the Team?

Our client offers a compelling opportunity to join a stable, growing organization that recently crossed $1 billion in revenue and is targeting significant expansion, particularly in the U.S. This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on building a new alliance program. The role offers significant exposure to cloud ecosystem partnerships with Microsoft and other providers. It is an entrepreneurial, hands-on role within a globally established company. You will be in flexible East Coast locations with remote work and client travel opportunities. Finally, you will have the ability to help shape joint opportunity generation and alliance sales processes from the ground up.
