The Opportunity

The Associate Director of Sales & Growth is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on aggressively expanding the firm s U.S. enterprise footprint. This is a "hunter" position dedicated to securing new logos within the Fortune 100-500 landscape. You will have the opportunity to leverage a world-class portfolio of services including AI/ML, Cloud, Data, and Application Modernization to drive digital transformation for some of the world s most recognizable brands

Location

  • Remote: This is a fully remote position within the United States.
  • Preference: Candidates located in East Coast markets are preferred due to the proximity of internal leadership and delivery teams.

What You Will Do

  • New Business Acquisition: Drive net-new logo acquisition among top U.S. enterprises to enhance market presence.
  • Strategic Growth Leadership: Define and implement strategies to expand the digital transformation portfolio through partnerships and cloud-hyperscale alliances.
  • Relationship Building: Develop deep, long-term relationships with new enterprise clients and identify high-value digital transformation opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with delivery and technology teams to structure complex solutions and ensure strategic alignment for client success.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent the organization at key industry events and contribute to the development of new digital service offerings.
  • Performance Targets: Aim for a 30% year-over-year revenue increase by securing at least three new Fortune 100-500 clients annually.

Who You Are

  • Education: A Bachelor s degree is required (preferably in Business, Computer Science, or a related field).
  • Tenured Sales Leader: 15+ years of experience in sales and growth within the digital services or technology consulting sector.
  • Enterprise Expert: Proven track record of closing large, complex deals and acquiring Fortune 100-500 clients.
  • Tech-Savvy Strategist: Deep experience in digital transformation strategies, including PaaS/SaaS and Cloud-hyperscale partnerships.
  • Proven Hunter: Consistently carried and exceeded individual sales quotas through proactive outreach and pipeline development.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy, entrepreneurial "player-coach" who thrives in a non-hierarchical environment. You are someone who has spent your career at the intersection of technology consulting and digital services, possessing the "rolodex" and the grit to open doors at the highest levels of enterprise organizations. You are as comfortable discussing business outcomes with C-suite executives as you are collaborating with delivery teams to architect a solution.
